We act in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, the Law on Personal Data Protection of RA, and applicable international standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2) Data We Collect<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Account\/Registration<\/strong> \u2014 first and last name, email, phone number, password (hashed), language.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Orders &amp; Payments<\/strong> \u2014 order number, purchased courses, paid amount, currency, payment status, transaction identifier, receipt details, payment error logs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Learning\/Participation<\/strong> \u2014 completed lessons, quiz results, issued certificates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical<\/strong> \u2014 IP address, device\/browser, cookies, usage logs, monitoring and security events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3) Payment via AMIO Virtual POS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Card payments are processed on the secure payment page of <strong>AMIO Bank CJSC<\/strong> (virtual POS). Card data (card number, expiry date, CVV\/CVC) are entered and processed by the bank. <strong>We do not see, store, or process your full card details<\/strong>. Supported cards: <strong>ArCa, Visa, MasterCard<\/strong>. Transactions are transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS\/SSL) and handled in accordance with payment security requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4) Purposes and Legal Bases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contract performance \u2014 sale of courses, access provision, account\/registration management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal obligations \u2014 accounting, tax reporting, anti-fraud controls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legitimate interests \u2014 website security, service improvement, statistics\/analytics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consent \u2014 marketing communications (if you opted in).
