1) Scope
This policy applies to all digital products and online courses sold by Tsiran Academy via our website.
2) No Refunds for Purchased Courses
All course purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed and access is granted. Digital content cannot be “returned.”
3) Limited Exceptions
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- Technical failure on our side that prevents any access to the purchased course for more than 72 hours from purchase, and we are unable to restore access within a reasonable time.
- Legal requirement (if applicable).
4) How to Request a Review
For the exceptions above, email us within 7 days of purchase with: order number, payment receipt/transaction ID, description of the issue, and screenshots (if any). We may provide course access extension or credit as a remedy instead of a refund, at our sole discretion.
5) Payments & Disputes (AMIO Virtual POS)
Card payments are processed via AMIO Bank virtual POS. In case of a bank dispute/chargeback, we will provide transaction information to the processor to resolve the case.
